Mindanao Harvest 4 is a sequel to a couple of earlier volumes published more than thirty years ago and long out of print. The anthology gathers the poetry, fiction, essays, and drama of sixty established but mostly young emerging writers addressing Mindanao themes like war and conflict, cultural beliefs and practices, Muslim-Christian interrelations, folk traditions, ecological degradation, and ethnic identity issues.
Meanwhile, Walk Manila by Lorelei DC de Viana bagged the Best Book on Humor, Sports, and Lifestyle. Walk Manila is a walking tour book that showcases the buildings, houses, monuments, and other architectural sites that capture Manila’s history, influence, and culture.
